Returns & Exchanges

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Place the shoes in their original dust bags and box, then secure them inside a shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
